Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours. You will receive an email to notify you when the goods are sent. Goods will be dispatched via 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail. On packages of £40.00 or more we use Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery so a signature will be required on receipt of your goods. Please note that the delivery address must match that for which your payment card is registered at least for the first order. For subsequent orders you may specify a different delivery address. We reserve the right to withhold delivery to an address at our sole discretion.

Overseas postage will be calculated at the time of order. 

Cancellation & Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to and including seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of goods, whichever is the longer. You must notify us in writing within that time by email or letter. Where costs are incurred, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs and the cost of returning goods to us. 

We cannot refund or exchange cut fabric, ribbons or trims.

However, for other items, if you are not completely happy with your order when it arrives, return the goods to us, unused, in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition for a full refund or exchange. Please notify us in writing within seven days and return the goods within fourteen days. You will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the cost of returning the goods.

As we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit please use a recorded delivery service and insure items for their full value. We will refund you either by cheque or directly onto your debit or credit card within thirty days of receipt. Exchanges will be despatched shortly after receipt.

Damaged goods will be replaced without charge and shipping costs reimbursed in full. Please notify us within seven days with a full description of the damage incurred and a photograph showing the damage. Please return damaged goods to us within fourteen days and include a copy of your receipt, order number, delivery address, email address and telephone number.

If Stitch-up receives no notification from you within seven days, regarding any problems with the goods, you are deemed to have received them in good condition and full working order.
